My Favorite Holiday

I'm going to talk about my favorite holiday. Obviously. It's Christmas, Christmas is my favorite holiday because I spend time with my family. Also, the food is amazing because my family consists of the best cooks in the world. And who can forget presents. I almost always get everything I ask for. I am grateful of everything I get because they mean a lot to me and they bring me good times and memories. I don't ask for a lot but I ask for realistic items like boots or clothes. Occasionally an electronic or a splurge of some sort, but I love everything I get. I also love Christmas because I make delicious food with my mom.

Dress Code

School dress codes can be really strict, especially ours. I feel like one day they're going to make us wear sweatpants and sweatshirts, gloves that go to our elbows, tennis shoes, and turtle neck shirt. They say we cant wear shorts shorter than our fingertips. what about the people with long arms? Instead it should be longer than our wrists, not our fingertips. the school board was thinking we should have school uniforms. that would be a problem not just because people would rebel because they don't want to wear them, but it would be a money issue. Our parents would have to buy more clothes for school, and for when we aren't at school. It could possibly double the amount we spend on our clothes. Ew. Look how happy these people look. We wouldn't be smiling if we had to wear that.

Modern Pangea

If the continents smashed back together and created a new version of Pangaea, Modern Pangaea, what would you do? I think that if that happened then people would start freaking out. If people didn't want their country by another country that wasn't by them already, then a riot would break out. That would effect international relations because as stated before, people will feel that they really don't want to be surrounded by different countries and would cause riots that could eventually lead to war. Tourism would change because exotic and tropical places like Florida and California could end up being surrounded by other countries and states so they wouldn't be by a beach. I think that this would be a worse version of the world.

My Favorite Makeup Brands

I love makeup. My favorite makeup brands include MAC, Benefit, Nars, Loreal, Maybelline, Sigma, and many more. I love each of these brands because they make great products. They are all very pigmented and do what they claim they do. They are definately worth the money. MAC and Sigma make amazing brushes. They don't shed and they stay together. These brands are amazing.

Super-sized Chief

Hi, I'm Hannah DeRousse. I'm a chef that makes super-sized food. Today I'm making/ super-sizing a piece of pizza (my favorite food ever). I will start by taking 6 large pans and put them together into 1 humongous pan. Then, I will start on the dough, I will use normal ingredients but add more of each ingredient than I normally would. Instead of using 1 or 2 cans of tomato paste, I will use 10 cans. Then I will use 50 bags of cheese & 3 bags of pepperoni. Then I will bake it for 1-2 hours. Come eat this before it will eat you!

Events of 9/11/01

The events that happened on 9/11 were tragic. The events that I know of are that terrorists attacked the world trade center/ twin towers. One plane hit the north tower and another hit the south tower. Another plane hit the Pentagon and they were all high-jacked. One of the planes that were high-jacked had somewhat of a miracle. The people on the plane knew the people who high-jacked the plane were going to do no good, so they attacked the pilots and they crashed into a field. The people aboard the plane did so to save others lives. Both towers collapsed. Over 3,000 people died.

Summer 2014

Summer break was kind of boring because I mostly sat in my room and watched t.v. & YouTube. But I also did fun things like going to Six Flags and going to Florida and hanging out with friends. My friends and I did cheer and it was really fun. We learned new stunts and new tricks. I learned how to do a back walkover. At Six Flags I rode a lot of rides. I used to be scared and not ride any but now I will ride all of them. I never knew how fun they actually were. In Florida we went swimming and shopping. We also went to the Gulfarium and saw sharks and watched a dolphin show. The dolphins did an impression of sharks.

Magical Home for Sale

Hello, I'm a real estate agent and I sell magical houses. If you are looking for a magical house in the woods, I can get you one. I found a house in the woods, it has potions and pots inside. A black cat walks around and inside the house. There are jars of frogs and eyeballs. It has a large kitchen and parlor, 2 bedrooms, & 3 bathrooms. Remember, there are ghosts of previous witch owners that do magical spells.

Kid nation

Kid Nation, The pinors are kids of all race. Its the first ever Kid Nation. They are in the middle of no where. There is four leaders. They have to watch for the best kid to give a gold star to which is worth so much money. "Its really no fun living in the old days" says a kid. The place they went to was dead and a kid said we need to bring it back alive. They thought that adults would be there instead of kids. They thought it was nasty. None of them know how to cook so they are aguring. They don't think they will surive out there.

The boys and girls had to split up. boys went to one place and girls went to the next. The second day is going a lot better than the first day went. Michael told a good speech and got everyone to stop and listen and step up the job. They found out how to spelt up them along four groups. Some of the kids thought they were to young to do this and whated to go home.

There was 40 kid only one bathroom. They had to pick out what job they were in. They started to get payed money for doing these jobs. They all got put in different classes. They had to chose between two things for the the town.  They got the bathrooms for there prize.

 Taylor is deciding if she wants to stay or not. They are having there first meet to talk about want they are working on. Taylor has decided to stay for the rest of the time and then Jimmie what'd to go home. The leader had to chose who did the best and give the gold star to. Sophia had one the gold star for that meet. It is worth 20,000 dollars. Everything was going a lot easier after that cause no one fought and they all got along.

Math

In math we are learning how to do equations. When I first go to this school that is what they were learning how to do as at my old scool we were learning how to messaure triangles. and determine wheiter they are acute obtuse or right angle. I was really good at those things because theat is like pretty much all we learned how to do at my old school but here is different I like the math here because he teachs you a lot and way better things. Even know I don't know how to do most of the things he sits down with me and explains things to me. I try my best on the homework he gives us but most the time I get them wrong. But since he has been helping us with these things I have learned way more than I used to know which is good I guess. I needed a lot  of help at first cause at my old school they would gjust tell you to do it or you will lose 5 point.

Something that bothers me

Something that bothers me, is when people talk about there wonderful day when I am having  a bad day. Or when people tell me about there dad because the last time I saw my dad was when I was 5 and every time I would go over there he would abuse me somehow like hit me I wouldn't be able to leave the upstairs with out getting yelled at by him. So when people talk about there dad it just makes what to cry cause I pretty much don't have a dad or at least one that treats me ok. me my brother and sister have all different dads so there dads are like my dad in a way cause my dad was never there for me he actullay has been to jail for abuseing me before but he got out like 2 years ago and now he tries to hit my mom and everything cause he wants to get full care of me but it anit going to happen. he even took my mom to court last year to try to get me but the judge told him no because you treat her and her mom like they are nothing so no way you will take care of her. it kinda scares me cause I got a brother on my dads side and he lives with him.

What i am doing in science

IN science we are learning about weather we went over a weather web quest today about weater. in Springfield Illnois. Then after that we watched a video of the storm chasers. It talks about tornados and they go in track tornados and it tells us how the tornados form and become so powerful tornados are one of the most powerful things in the world. When they go to crack them they record it. some of the tornados they showed on the storm chasers was one where there were three right next to each other. Also another one where there was on in front of them and behind them. They had got stuck in between the tornados. so that is what we are learning in science.

The Door Neverland

The door I would go to is neverland. I would go to neverland because it seems like a pretty good place to visit. I would also pick neverland because I could find mysterys and find new things that I knew nothing about. I would follow any un known paths to try to find new things. Neverland seems like a good place to visit because not many people would go there. It don't really seem like there would be a lot of things there to do but that is why you have to find things to do. When I would go there I would go any where that looks like it is safe and I would try to find things to build.

The Biggest Water Slide

The Verruckt water slide was one of the biggest water slides. It stands 17 stories high and takes 264 steps to get you to the top. I would love to go how about you? The four person raft travels at approximately 65 mph. You would have a good view from up their as well.

1. It means insane.
2. it is 3 stories taller.
3. He has a lot of water parks
4. Yes because I want to see what every one is talking about.

1. I will be extensive when I go on the ride of a life time.
2. I will be hurdling over every body to get in the front of the line.
3. I will try not to illuminate on the ride when we are free falling.
4. We all make mulling every once in a while.
5. The slide will propel me down the slide.
6. If I get on the ride it will be so radical.
7. I have to speculate before I get on the ride.
8. The ride surpasses the scale by a lot of feet.
9. My grandpa used to be a welder.

The Smallest Wind Mill

Would you love to own one of the smallest windmills? Jung-Chi Ciao is the man who is the electrical engineering professor at the university of Texas.They are so small that 10 of them can fit on one grain of rice. Would you rather have a huge windmill in your backyard are a small one in your pocket? Each micro windmill has its own prepuce, such as an office or a dorm and even the beach. One of the windmills are cheap so they can be bought.

1.  I am all ways arduous when mad at some one.
2.  I asserted being mean to my brother.
3.  I will contemplate of getting a tiny windmill.
4. that tiny windmill seems real durable.
5. you are harnessing the windmills wind for houses or even farms.
6. I am patent of getting my own windmill.
7. I will love even a prototype of the windmill.
8. I would love to have a wafer right now.
9. the hulk can withstand a missile.
